At 06:08 on November 06, 2024, the command center of Binzhou fire and Rescue Detachment of Shandong Province received a report that a traffic accident occurred on Qinbin Expressway in Xixiaowang Town, Wudi County, Binzhou City, and one person was trapped and in urgent need of rescue. After receiving the alarm, the detachment command center immediately dispatched the Liubao fire and rescue station of Wudi County fire and rescue brigade to the scene for rescue. 

 Fire and rescue personnel arrived at the scene, through the scene investigation to learn that the accident scene of the truck out of control into the middle of the highway isolation belt, due to the violent impact caused the truck windshield broken, the left front, the door was seriously squeezed deformation, the driver's right leg was stuck in the cab can not move, the situation is very critical, fortunately, the personnel are conscious, can communicate with fire and rescue personnel. 

 After understanding the situation, the commander immediately organized fire rescue personnel to rescue. A group of fire rescue personnel entered the cab to break the windshield, and another group of fire rescue personnel used a hydraulic expander to expand the squeezed part of the cab, increase the rescue space of the driver's legs and remove various obstacles in the cab. After more than 20 minutes of intense rescue, the driver's rescue space has been significantly improved, the fire rescue personnel will slowly hold the driver out of the cab, handed over to the scene medical personnel.
